Hanna Jasmyn Oliva is a fine arts photographer and music photojournalist based in Houston, Texas.
She is a contributing journalist and photographer for music publications writing pop-cultured articles and album reviews. Music has always played a big role in her life as well as her love for attending concerts. She admires the passion and dedication that comes from fan culture. By intertwining her admiration for music into words and capturing it alongside photography is one of her biggest dreams come true.
Within her fine art photography work she uncovers her hidden psyche and emotions about the meaning of life often intertwined with feelings of nostalgia. Hanna's interest in exploring the delicacies and intensity of living has allowed to discover more about herself and encounter the hidden depths of her fears. Additionally, Hanna has extensive experience in analog film processes and darkroom printing. She graduated from the University of Houston with a BFA concentrating in Photography and Digital Media.
